The Universal Mental Health Literacy Scale for Adolescents (UMHL-A) is a scale developed in 2023 by the Research on Mental Health in Children and Adolescents (DZDA) working group from the National Institute of Mental Health (Kagstrom et al., 2023).

Its purpose is to assess mental health literacy of children and adolescents aged 10-14.

The scale is now available in Czech, English, and Chinese (Wang et al., 2024). Translations into additional languages are expected.
