As a provider of health services, the National Institute of Mental Health has a legal obligation to maintain and archive medical records about its patients. All information related to the patient's treatment and data indicating the patient´s state of health represent a special category of personal data and are of a confidential nature. Patients and other authorized persons have the right to know the information about their treatment contained and kept in the medical documentation. They can inspect the documentation or obtain extracts or copies.

In connection with the amendment to Act No. 372/2011 Coll., on Health Services, a new price list for administrative services is currently being prepared. Please note that some items from the current price list are not valid and will therefore not be requested from patients.
