Patients are accepted for consultation only upon request of the treating psychiatrist.  

Requests for prescriptions should preferably be sent to the outpatient clinic's e-mail: ambulance@nudz.cz.

A prescription is subject to a follow-up examination within the last 6 months. You can also request a prescription by telephone, but only on working days (Monday to Thursday from 1.00 pm to 3.00 pm or Friday from 8.00 am to 12.00 pm). For operational reasons, a minimum of 24 hours from the receipt of your request is set for the decision to issue the ePrescription and its possible dispatch.

Office hours:  

Monday - Friday from 8.00 am to 4.00 pm.  
Lunch break: 12.00 am - 1.00 pm
