Profile

We provide occupational therapy to hospitalized patients and outpatients in the form of group therapies, which are part of the treatment program at the NIMH clinic. The basis are activities in which we focus on the use of leisure and interest activities. These activities lead to activation, to strengthening self-confidence in one's own abilities, to better planning of free time, to interaction with other participants and to sharing experiences. The activity also develops social skills, gross and fine motor skills and cognitive functions. To practice self-sufficiency, we use, for example, a practice kitchen.
