As of September 1, 2024, the Department of Radiology and Imaging Methods at the National Institute of Mental Health (NUDZ) will expand its services to include patients referred by doctors from other medical facilities.
The Department of Radiology and Imaging Methods at the National Institute of Mental Health in Klecany (NIMH CZ) will offer MRI head scans and additional related procedures (angiography – intracranial only) to patients referred by other healthcare providers.
Our primary expertise lies in diagnosing patients with neuropsychiatric disorders, but we also cater to patients with other CNS conditions.
Examinations are fully covered by insurance for patients insured by VZP (111), ZPMV (211), ZPŠ (209), and RBP (213). We currently do not offer services to patients insured by VoZP (201), ČPZP (205), and OZP (207). MRI services are also available for self-paying patients.

- Tuesday: 8:00–16:00
- Thursday: 8:00–16:00
We offer short waiting times for examinations using our state-of-the-art Siemens Magnetom Prisma 3T MRI machine.
