Our planned umbrella project focuses on reducing the discrepancy between laboratory findings and home re-treatment and uses closed-loop auditory stimulation (CLAS) to assess its effectiveness in patients with chronic insomnia, a patient group that is significantly underdiagnosed and inadequately treated. The main overarching goal of the planned project will be to examine whether the CLAS home intervention deepens sleep in patients with insomnia and alleviates clinical symptoms, especially poor subjective sleep quality.
