Annotation
The main goal of the project is to provide support and education to parents with the aim of reducing anxiety in their children. The program was developed in the United Kingdom at the University of Oxford and uses cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) techniques. As part of the project implementation, 24 new trainers will be trained, and the effectiveness of the intervention program for parents, called "Bez obav" (No Worries), will be tested and measured on more than 100 parents across organizations working with parents. The main goal after the implementation is to integrate the "Bez obav" program into the psychosocial support system in the Czech Republic through collaboration with VZP (General Health Insurance Company) and to include the program in the Prevention Fund. Another goal will be to promote the "Bez obav" program through advocacy activities so that parents can learn about the program in time.
