Annotation
The project ART THERAPY aims to improve the difficult situation of Ukrainian artists and reducing their post-traumatic burden of the victims (civilians and veterans) of the Russian attacks on Ukraine by art therapy. It will provide a standardised portfolio of art therapy services to victims of war in Ukraine by professionally educated Ukrainian artists, who will deliver these specialized services in the facilities of allied/partner organisations that provide a comprehensive (primarily medical) care for the end recipients (clinics, community centres, etc.).
Ukrainian artists will undergo specialized education aimed at providing art therapy assistance, which these trained individuals will provide to approximately 2,000 war victims suffering from post-traumatic stress caused by the Russian Federation's war against Ukraine.
