Annotation
The goal of the project is the development of a multiparametric diagnostic kit and prototype kits for the determination of autoantibodies against selected antigens, which will be used in differential diagnostics, evaluation of the course of the disease and response to treatment of selected neurological diseases - Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson's disease, frontotemporal neurodegeneration, Lewy's body dementia and vascular dementia. Although the issue of population aging is increasingly urgent, there are currently no commercial kits for the diagnosis of these neurodegenerations. The developed highly specific tests will create a new segment of diagnostic kits with application in the global market.
