Annotation

Advances in technologies provide sensitive tools in form of high-dimensional data of different modalities including structural magnetic resonance imaging (sMRI) and proteomic profiling from brain-derived exosomal cargos obtained from blood. Those approaches might represent a leap forward in the unveiling of the pathogenesis in numerous brain diseases. The aim of this proposal is to get insight into the complex association patterns among these heterogeneous and complementary data that might be of substantial benefit to the unraveling of the principles of SARS-CoV-2 neurotrophic effect. In this proposal, we aim to detect the relationships between brain regions and neuroproteomic profiling as the multimodal substrate of the long-COVID syndrome.
