Annotation
The project will test a method for early identification of mothers and their families at risk of psychological, social and economic stressors. We will also validate an early intervention method for support coordinators, building on the early detection method and linked to target organisations providing social support services. The project thus aims to link health and social services. The project will also increase the competence of midwives in the area of psychosocial support for mothers.
