Zbyněk works in the Prevention and Support of Mental Health in the Adult Population project as a prevention specialist. Prior to this project, he was already part of the Destigmatization and Deinstitutionalization projects, which were implemented as part of the Mental Health Care Reform. He has been involved in the field of mental health for over 7 years, driven by his own experience with this type of illness.

After nearly 25 years in marketing and client care, this area has become the meaning of his professional life. He represents people with experience of mental illness on the National Council for Mental Health and is also a member of the Global Mental Health Peer Network.
