I am a researcher in the Measurable psychiatry research group at the National Institute of Mental Health (NIMH CZ). I graduated from the master’s programme Biomedical engineering at the Faculty of electrical engineering Czech technical university in Prague (FEE CTU) and obtained my Ph.D. in Biocybernetics and artificial intelligence under the leadership of prof. Olga Štěpánková at the Department of cybernetics FEE CTU. At NIMH CZ, I work mainly in the statistical analysis of longitudinal data and big data from the fields of actigraphy and mood assessments (AktiBIPO400 study), dynamic pupillometry (project PEBDI) and sleep recordings (data from the Sleep as Android application). My main research interest is development of simulation based methods for the statistical inference in longitudinal and/or mixed-effects models.
