Ing. Jakub Schneider Ph.D. is a researcher and deputy head of the Measurable Psychiatry group at the National Institute of Mental Health. He has a strong background in biomedical engineering (Ing.) and artificial intelligence (Ph.D.), which he obtained from the Czech Technical University. His main research interest is to analyse and detect symptomatic periods in affective disorders using mainly actigraphy and ecological momentary assessments as data sources. He has published several papers on this topic in reputable journals and conferences. He is also involved in teaching and mentoring students. He is passionate about advancing the field of mental health through innovative and rigorous methods.
