Aleš Hrubý, MSc.
Aleš Hrubý MSc. is a researcher at the Sleep and Chronobiology Research Center. He completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Worcester and MSc at the University of Birmingham, UK. He is currently a postgraduate student at Charles University's 3rd Medical School in Neuroscience, focusing on the effect of cognitive-behavioural therapy on subjective symptoms, sleep architecture and emotional regulation in people with insomnia. In addition to his research activities, he is also a participant in a five-year psychotherapy training in cognitive-behavioral therapy.
